E值越小不是對出口越不利,對進口越有利?


這樣一來貿易不就出現赤字了?

Can you point me when he made such a comment?





I have been following Greenspan's speeches and testimonies since last year. He rarely made comments on US Dollar. His comment on US Dollar is always - "We at the Fed have an agreement with the Treasury Department that comments on US Dollar should be conducted by the Treasury Department."





He did mention US Dollar once during the Q&A session of Congress Testimony that, as far as I can remember, adjusting the value of Dollar has very minor effect on US domestic economy.
